Up close
The Unitree Go2 EDU is the research version of the Go2 robot dog, with full SDK and ROS 2 access, foot-force sensors and a hand controller. It walks and runs at up to 5 m/s, carries 8 kg (12 kg max) and runs 2β4 hours on a 15,000 mAh battery. Universities, AI labs and R&D teams use it as a base for autonomy, perception and locomotion work, with optional compute, sensors and charging.
Key features
Full SDK and ROS 2
Low- and high-level control for your own software.
Foot-force sensors
Measure ground contact for locomotion research.
4D LiDAR
All-round perception for mapping and navigation.
Long runtime
2β4 hours on the larger battery.
Expandable
Add compute, sensors, payloads and a charging dock.
Controller included
Drive it by hand during tests.
Is it right for you?
Good fit if
