The Unitree Go1 is the 12 kg robot dog that came before the Go2, offered in Air, Pro and EDU versions. It runs at up to 4.7 m/s, carries 3–5 kg and can follow a person using its fisheye depth cameras. It still serves existing research and education projects, though newer Go2 models have better sensing, software and support.

For a new purchase the Go2 has better LiDAR sensing, software and support. Go1 mainly makes sense for existing projects or a cheap used unit.
Is the Go1 still supported?
