How much does it cost?

Fleet units start from $450 NZD/day. The humanoid Unitree G1 starts from $449/day self-service, or $2,999/day with our operator.

What's the difference between self-service and full-service?

Self-service: you operate the robot for your rental period, we deliver, set up, and train you first. Full-service: our operator runs the robot at your event, up to 8 hours a day.

How far ahead should I book?

Standard lead time is 48 hours. Live performances and touring need more — 2–3 weeks minimum.

Do you offer quotes for larger projects?

Yes — live performances, choreography commissions, and touring are custom-quoted. Get in touch and we'll turn around a proposal within 48 hours.

What's the minimum rental period, and what currency am I charged in?

Rentals run 2 days minimum. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency — NZD, AUD, GBP, or USD — depending on your booking location.

What robots do you have?

Do I need experience to operate one?

No. Every rental includes a handover and certification session with our technician before you take the robot away.

Can I bring my own operator?

Yes — self-service rentals are built for that. You can also add one of our trained operators for a half or full day.

Rentals deliver, set up, and collect across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US. Live performances and touring reach a wider footprint still — also Germany and France.

A power outlet and clear indoor floor space. Tell us your venue details at booking and we'll flag anything else in advance.

Do you deliver robot rentals to the UK?

Yes — self-service and full-service rental now deliver to the UK (currently from London), alongside NZ, AU, and the US. Live performances, choreography, and touring also reach the UK.

Is there a deposit?

Yes — a refundable damage deposit is charged at checkout on every rental. On clean, undamaged return it's refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.

What if the robot is damaged during my rental?

Every rental includes damage cover, so your exposure is capped at the deposit rather than open-ended. Our team handles any repairs.

24/7 support is included with every rental. For events, we also bring backup robots so a hardware issue never stops the show.

Yes — our choreography team designs and rehearses a routine matched to your brand, music, and formations before the day.

We're planning a big event with multiple robots — can you help?

Yes. For events needing more than 3 robots, bespoke dance styles, or custom formations, contact us and we'll scope a tailored package.

Do you handle touring or multi-city runs?

Yes — touring engagements run as a project or ongoing retainer across NZ, AU, the UK, US, Germany, and France, from $16,500 NZD per stop.

Can you work with our venue's AV and safety requirements?

Yes. We provide a risk assessment, insurance certificate, and method statement with every live performance proposal.

Question 22

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

It depends on notice: more than 28 days out, your deposit is retained but there's no further charge; 14–28 days out, 75% of the fee is due; under 14 days, 100% is due. Postponing to a date within 6 months isn't treated as a cancellation. See our terms for the full policy.
